Comparing CSU/UC Eligibility Rates Over Time

August 2011


The chart below shows that California high school graduates' California State University/University of California eligibility rates fluctuate slightly from year-to-year. Eligibility is based on the successful completion of college-prep A-G courses.

About six in 10 Asian students complete the college-prep sequence compared with only about a quarter of Native American, Latino, and African American students.
