How does the EdSource Shopping Cart work?
You can now purchase EdSource Publications online through a secure e-commerce server. You can receive our publications in one of two ways—by mail or immediate download.

Payment Options
You can order publications online using either Visa, MasterCard, or Purchase Order. Please note, purchase orders cannot be used for immediate downloads.

How to Order
To purchase a report, simply enter the quantity in the box next to the method by which you wish to receive it (ie Buy to download now or Buy to receive by mail). Then click the ADD TO CART button. (Note: you must click the add to cart button for each item you wish to purchase.)

Delivery
If you purchase an item for immediate download, you will be able to download it as soon as your credit card is processed. Along with your order confirmation you will receive a link, which, when you click on it, will download a PDF of the publication to your computer. You may need to close your browser window to find the downloaded PDF on your desktop or in your downloads folder. The url for downloading the publication will also be sent in your e-mail confirmation. This url is good for 7 days and can only be accessed from the computer that placed the order. If you have any problems with the download, please call our office at 650/917-9481.

Items to be received by mail are usually shipped within 2 business days. We will not charge your credit card for the purchase until we've put the item in the mail to you.

How safe is my transaction?
All orders, conference registrations, and donations made through the EdSource site are processed through a secure e-commerce transaction, using VeriSign as our SSL (Secure Socket Layer) digital certificate provider. This means that your credit card information is protected and cannot be viewed by any unauthorized person. If you are still uncomfortable about ordering online, please call our office at 650/857-9604 and we will be happy to take your order over the phone.

Privacy
Any personal information we ask you for will also be kept strictly confidential. EdSource will not share or sell the names, e-mails, or addresses of our customers at any time for any reason!
