Robert Manwaring

Robert Manwaring is an independent fiscal and policy consultant. Prior to becoming an independent consultant, Mr. Manwaring was a Senior Policy Analyst for Education Sector, a Washington D.C. based education policy think tank, the Director of Policy for the Governor’s Committee on Education Excellence, and lead author of Every Child Prepared, Technical Report, and the K-12 Education Director for the California Legislative Analyst’s Office.
